When Mrs. St-Denis started Qualipro in 1991 she already had several years of experience in asset valuation, and in fact, had negotiated and defended many complex municipal disputes for commercial and industrial clients.
Always concerned about the quality and relevance of the services she offers, Mrs. St-Denis has also trained as a mediator in order to respond to a growing demand for this service in the real estate sector.
